The leaked email says Andy Yen “interviewed more than 40 senior leaders across Engineering and Product to begin this process.” Now, those interviews are extending across the company.

@naamval @sbfclt @404mediaco right, the 404 media account sometimes reposts older news items which can be confusing when they themselves have done newer reporting. and the older link they shared doesn't even reference their own newer reporting (maybe it does if you're logged in)
@404mediaco It remains to be seen if Proton Mail exists to deliver trustworthy, security email, or if it exists to deliver tech-based glitz to cult-like followers.
If customer just want secure email, there are alternatives without the drama.
As for cult-like followers... Andy Yen is no Steve Jobs.

So we can sum up your weekend drama like: some disgruntled employees, a CEO tantrum and… AI. Put that together in a shady, out of context article, for some reason or another, and you get people to revolt over some sensational… nothing.
Could have gotten better news on Fox.
