Swiss-based musician - bass, guitar, keys, vocals of varying competencies. Played in Sydney in the 80s, Brisbane in the 90s, Myspace in the 00s + a rogue folk-acoustic set somewhere in there, nothing at all in the 10s!, and now active again. Several solo, collaborative and band activities locally and in Australia.

Avatar is a picture of me - a bald guy with a long white beard singing into a microphone.

Header image is a picture of a wall with several of my guitars and basses hanging on it.

I build guitars and make music about monsters and spooky creeps. Kind of goth, kind of western.

I'm migrating from https://mastodon.social/@mykie and my old posts can be viewed there.

"Nige? Oh, he's that weird kid who likes music more than sport or super heroes"

I'm a composer and recording artist and... mostly an alright kinda geeza 😊 Primary 'playing' instrument is guitar (since a previous century) but I play enough keys, drums and bass to write for them.

Links to my 'stuff of wonder' in the 'About' tab. Please feel free to rummage with gusto. I don't like genres so will leave that right there.

I'm a he, him ... so far.

I make downtempo folk music to relieve world-weariness. I teach, produce, mix, and master music when I'm not bedbound.
